Here you can see some additional information about how to setup your brand new Gaming PC. Plus what you have to do if something goes south.
How to start:
1) Remove your PC from the box and Do not discard any of this packaging - you may need it!
2) Lift it carefully into your desired position, then plug your monitor cable to the graphics card, and not into the motherboard! (HDMI or DisplayPort [DP])
After that, continue with the peripherals, most of them goes to the motherboard's right ports. Finally comes the power cable to the PSU. If a switch is visible beside the plug, make sure to turn on.
3) Press the power button and follow the prompts during Startup to personalise
your PC.
4) If your PC does not power on, boot into Windows, or appears damaged in any
way, please contact us immediately via email
Important Warranty Information
all technical support requests must be lodged via email to info@gamingpc.shop
Your GamingPC is backed by a return to base warranty as standard. This means we must be the ones to repair it for you if it needs it. There are no exceptions.
Altering your PC without explicit instructions or approval from an our support representative,
or taking your PC to an unauthorised repairer (e.g. your local PC store) may adversely affect or
void your warranty. We will not reimburse any money paid to any unauthorised repairer under
any circumstances.
Keep all your packaging!
In the event of a return to base warranty claim the pc must be returned in the original boxes with the protective packaging inside the case to protect internal components. Not doing so may adversely affect or void your warranty.
